If they come out with more elements for Gen 2, I’m hoping to see more multi-elemental tribes. (Like if the Jungle Tribe were made up of Jungle and Air villagers.)
When Bionicle announced that there were more elements than the original six (back in Gen1), I expected the Matoran of these rare elements to be mixed in with the pre-existing villages rather than having their own separate villages. (Like how there are Av-Matorans were mixed in with various Koros.) Most of the villagers would be the common element with only a few villagers of the rarer elements. This way we could get Toa of new elements from villagers that have been around.
If this scenario applied, I could easily see Tamaru being a Ba-Matoran; since he’s afraid of heights and can swim, unlike the rest of the Le-Matorans.
It would be interesting to see multi-elemental villages in Gen 2. Here are some ideas:
Villagers of Jungle and Air
Villagers of Earth and Iron and Gravity
Villagers of Ice and Sonic (the Ko-Matorans also weren’t much talkers)
etc

Well we know that the kanohi vahi is not only returning but it’s going to be a big part of the new story, so I think we can expect one or two other elements returning which I would absolutely love

which would seem odd unless they altered the color schemes slightly, which I wouldn’t mind.

Honestly I don’t see Lego introducing too many new ones if at all. Especially the more complicated/weird ones like psionics. But I do see them introducing light, darkness, and possibly time. And perhaps they won’t be called elements. (Or maybe that’s just wishful thinking. I always had a problem with the more obscure “elements” being called elements. Even though the original six aren’t quite elements, something about magnetism or gravity being an element always bugged me. The original six were something tangible.) Basically if Lego wants to introduce weirder powers they’ll probably/I hope they do it via either mask powers or just say that the character has that ability, not “element.”
I do not wanna see Gravity return.
I’m pretty okay with pretty much a lot of the other old Bionicle Elements returning tho.

Well, I mean, if there weren’t secondary elements, my self-MOC couldn’t exist. So I guess that speaks for itself. My real reason for wanting other elements is that it fleshes out the story by having more than six possibilities for a hero’s power.
Well since we have Firebending, Waterbending (with substyle of Ice and plant), earthbending (also rock is somewhere here) and sorta airbending, we should have metalbending, spiritbending, lavabending, bloodbening, energybending and combustion bending. Also make it so that each toa of the respected bending art has his own martial art combat style. Make it so that the Mask of Ultimate power can create a dark avatar, and Mask of Creation the light avatar. (dang I miss the Avatar series already)

So, y’know how Ninjago introduced a whole bunch of “Elements” this year 'round?
What if that’s actually foreshadowing things to come. Maybe we can see some of these top tier elements like
-Mind
-Speed
-Poison
-Smoke
-Gravity(Again)
-Steel
-And more to come.

The master of Smoke’s power seemed kinda useless. Just sayin’.
I really want to see a Toa of the mind. One who doesn’t have mind reading/control, but has mental powers like a perfect memory, and the ability to analyze a situation in seconds. Internal powers, rather than external.
