DREAMZzz never gets the love it deserves. So, today I’ll be sharing one of my DREAMZzz stories: Izzie and the Brain Scorpion at the Cyber Realm!
Izzie and the Brain Scorpion at the Cyber Realm
'Izzie clashed her sword against the hard metal of the Brain Scorpion, trying to ward it away. “Augh! Take that, you giant ugly bug!” She said. “Step away from Nimbus Infinite!” It instead walked forward. “Hey!” She dream-crafted Bunchurro. “Bunchu-bunga!” Izzie charged at the giant insect, hoping to give it at least a scratch. But it dodged her attacks every time. “Aurgh! Stop that!” Suddenly, her Dreamie Screamie rang. “Sis! I need help!” Izzie ran away from the Scorpion’s claws. “Er, sorry, Broseph, I’m trying to fight the Brain Scorpion! Call Cooper!” Izzie hung up and started slashing at the Scorpion’s stinger. “Move or get bunchurro-ed to death!” It stepped back a little, only to zoom forward at full speed. “AUGH! This fight is not looking good! Hey, you big, ugly, gross brain thing! You hardly look like a scorpion!” It shrieked and charged at Izzie.
Using her roller skates, Izzie raced behind one of the cacti. Suddenly, her Dreamie Screamie rang. “Cooper? What happened? Don’t tell me to go to Mateo! I’m trying to deal with the Brain Scorpion! No! He just crashed into Nimbus Infinite! Listen, maybe call again when I’m not fighting in the Cyber Realm!” Cooper ignored her. “Wheelie just ran away while we were fighting these Meanie Screenies! Can y-” The Dreamie Screamie slipped out of Izzie’s hand and got squeezed by the scorpion.”Hey! Mr.Oz is going to be so mad! We’re running low on those, you know? They keep getting stepped on by giant mechanical beasts!” It just threw it across the realm as if it were a piece of garbage.
“No! Mr.Oz would blame me, now! Augh! Come on! Bunchurro- why are you eating carrots?! And where did you get those? Ah! Can you come over here now?” He just looked at Izzie with gleaming eyes. Izzie sighed and shook her head. “Just…make yourself useful!” Then, she ran under the Scorpion and stabbed her sword into its belly, but it hissed at her, sounding like a cat in distress. “If only I had help!” Suddenly, the Heli-Coopter swooshed into the Cyber Realm. Cooper ran out the door with Wheelie. “Did I come too late?” He asked. Izzie responded, “No! You didn’t! Actually, you came just in time! This scorpion was making me mad! I was running out of tricks! Also, I think it’s part cat!”
Cooper looked at her in confusion. “What?” Izzie shook her head. “Don’t ask!” She pulled out her sword and charged at the huge bug. “Take this, you scrap of rusty metal!” It whimpered and spun in distress as Izzie stabbed repeatedly at its protective brain cover. “Is that all you got?” It shook its head and started ringing out an alarm. “Izzie, um, I-I’ve been fighting in the Dream World for a while now, and I suggest that THAT is not good!” Cooper said. Moments later, Zero, One, and an army of Meanie Screenies crashed into Nimbus Infinite. “No! That was my favorite game!” exclaimed Izzie. From the smoke, Zero spun out. “Well, ahem, that was not structured,” he admitted. One replied, “Agreed.” Most of the Meanie Screenies survived, but one of them got its screen cracked. “Are you Dream Chasers ready for ultimate pain?” asked Zero. “I told you it was no good!” whispered Cooper. Izzie ignored that and started attacking.
After what felt like hours, Zero finally gave up. “Alright, I think that’s enough, before that goey green menace shows up!” Cooper was confused yet again. “You mean Z-blob?”
Zero left without question. “I guess that’s all!” exclaimed Izzie. “Thanks, Cooper!” She woke up. Cooper processed what just happened. “Wait, did she just leave me alone?” He shook his head and entered the Heli-Coopter with Wheelie to journey back to the Fantasy Realm.’
