I don’t think it has been discussed here, but I’ve definitely seen it discussed elsewhere. I even went on a search through Brickshelf back in 2021 to see if there was a similar MOC that could have inspired it, much like how Daniella Capircorn appears to be…inspired by certain sources.
But I went through Brickshelf’s entire catalogue from all the years it could have been pulled from as reference or inspiration and never found it. It’s possible I just missed it or it no longer exists online. If ever such a MOC did exist and posted online at all.

Perhaps a designer built it while brainstorming a design for Roodaka, and the prototype was disassembled before any photos could be taken.

I saw that sticker a while ago and wondered what it was… this MOC is a really good representation of it! Who knows, maybe it’s the pilot’s girlfriend…

What a strange sticker–I never knew it existed. The MOC is kind of terrifying, but a great representation of the image. Personally I find the Vezon mask over the Vahki head to be bizarre and confusing, but it does look like the source… those blade pieces for the “toes” of the feet are awesome, though!
