Lariska 2004 combination model
this model uses parts ONLY from Nidhiki and Krekka titan sets. if you have those two sets. you should have no issue to build this moc.
things that are a MUST in my oppinion for Lariska builds are such
- dark blue/green. or teal & black.
- robot arm must have a play feature
- prefer combination build between the two metru titan sets. because they deserve it.
obviously it’s not a must. but I do hope we see more characters with build in play features.

some additional instructions on how to adjust the hands to better hold the blades
there you have Lariska! the dark hunter.
some features I had in her design were the ability to hold a disk. a reference to her using a gravity disk on herself. while also adding another play feature.
the actual play feature is in the mechanical arm. a rubber band is pulling on a lever. making the arm stretch out. pushing the lever down causes the arm to fold up. using the borok tooth at the wrist. you can lock the arm in place
due to me not having any pistons available for extra stability. only the aging rubber socket joints. I incorporated the bendable hoses from Nidhiki. giving her the look of having tense muscle in her legs.
there’s weapon storage on the thighs and arm. giving it more of a skirt look and a wicked looking arm blade.
this isn’t my first lariska moc. and this was based on a design I made years ago, way before the fandom contests. inspired by mocs across the community.
pure aesthetic and no play features. aside from weapon storage. I designed her having a vial of poison and maybe antidote? on the small of her back. a backpack bristling with various blades. two more blades on the legs. then one more on the arm and a taser that both nicely completes the metal arm and adds another weapon for her. I imagined that blue is the color of armor. while the more green is akin to her own skin.
with elements of this design transfered over to the combination model. I held onto this idea in my head that the larger display model was the Spherus magna version after bionicle canon ended. and the combination model was Lariska during the toa/dark hunter war.
with that design showed off (which I won’t submit into the contest due to the 1-entry per participant rule)

for his design inspired my own heavily. I see my version of an improvement.
HOWEVER
it is my greatest hope that someone will make an ever better version of a Krekka Nidhiki combiner model of Lariska. with better working play feature in the arm. a less sporatic construction etc.
to anyone participating in the duckbricks contest. I ask that if you too make a combiner model. you take a look at what I made. and find ways to improve upon it.
