Dyfnwal is a soldier of the water district in New Atero who serves as a sentinel inside the city on behalf of the Council of Elders. He normally patrols the streets at night, using his acrobatics and stealth skills to quickly traverse rooftops and follow individuals while never being seen or heard. His nightly presence as a spy has yet to be discovered by the general public of the water district, including his fellow soldiers.
