Ellipsus is a rogue Toa of Shadow. While he was a Toa, he often broke the code. After defecting, he became a Dark Hunter, and remains one to this day. He was extremely powerful, strong enough to wipe out an entire Toa team on his own. He was not very cooperative, as he worked alone.
Simple, but fairly solid. The mask fits really well with the ribbed motifs of the tires and the smooth CCBS shells. Weapon is fairly simple but not very intimidating. The hip area looks very bare.
A shot of the build without the cape would be appreciated. In addition, I highly recommend trying to find a uniform background to photograph against. Also, disable your flash.

That was an interesting idea to use tires for the torso. I came out pretty well, I think, but the hip area could use some armor. But I have to ask: Why did you use a 4 long axle to connect the pelvis instead of a 3 long one?
hands often reach past the waist, not fall in line with it
I wanted to give him a more skeleton like look. 
This is fine. Not as spooky as some say, but the build is okay.
