Well, it’s hard to pose it when the nicely preserved spine keeps moving to its default/resting position.

IIRC, the Kavinika were wolf-like creatures that would eat anything.
Otherwise, these are combiners made by Lego. Not much else to see.

Actually, the Kinloka (which are rats, not scorpions) are the ones with the ravenous behaviour.
The Kavinika are known for their ability to sense Kanohi (they screech loudly whenever one was used)
