Nice color scheme. I like the use of older HF parts, I never know how to use them. The arms aren’t very exciting, but I understand to some degree why. This doesn’t really scream “Executioner” to me

Very nice. As others have said the name kinda doesn’t seem to fit. The foot piece on the crotch doesn’t work perfectly-I don’t know maybe change the 3-long to lime would improve it a bit.

Excellent part usage! The pieces you added to the breeze helmet also work very well to make the head look more unique. The shaping is impressive.
