Oh boy, I have quite a few favorites. 
There’s Giganotasuarus, which is amazing, plus Dilophosaurus which is also amazing, as well as Deinonychus, which is pretty cool and also Utahraptors are pretty sweg.

I actually own a Spinosaurus tooth, there’s quite the story behind that.
