I guess there’s not too much to preface with this, so move along and behold the precious little Fennie.
I personally think this is a substantial improvement over my last drawing of my favorite Gen 6 starter largely because I didn’t even attempt to draw eyes this time 
The only other thing to mention is that the blue scarf is a reference to my usual preferences to Water Type starters.

Like I said last time, I’ll probably work on drawing my other favorites at some point, but considering how long it’s been since I posted my last drawing…
