I think what @RedHoodieReveiwer was trying to say is that he doesn’t want any Skakdi that we’ve met before, including Nektann and Vezon.
Vezon yes, that’d be great and would make sense cause dimensional travel. But Nektann…
Don’t get me started. If he came back… I’d flip unless he was the most amazing set ever brought to light. But even then…
Do we really need Piraka again anyways? We already have the Skull Villains, and Piraka were based off of snakes/skulls, anyways.
If they had individual character traits and personalities, I’d be fine with it. But if not, yeah we don’t really need them
oh my.
I don’t want Pirate Piraka,I want Bounty Hunter Piraka with Zaktan as Leader.
of course he wants me back! i know it…
You’ve suggested a cool idea, but think we’d need to see it to know whether it would work. Any chance of you doing MOC’s based on your idea?
How about “Yo Yo Ho Piraka”?

Reidak-He is a captian,he have a big black pirate hat and black torn cloak
Hakann-He is explosives guy,he have couple of bombs on him and an eye patch
Zaktan-He have a big hook instead his hand
Vezok-He have a big pirate sword for a weapon and he have a parrot on his shoulder
Thok-He don’t have one leg and he is like knife guy(he have a lot of knives and hold one in his teeth)
Avak-He is a big strong guy and have no weapon(except little cannon) but he have big fists
So how did they get their body parts amputated?
I can definetly see Lego doing some pirate themed sets for G2 but they probably wouldn’t be the piraka. Personally I quite like your pitch and i think it is very imaginative
They use lime parts so their joints have broke :((
Yeah the piraka were awesome. I still like the barraki a little more but i’m still mad I don’t have more piraka in my collection.
Avak is still my favorite
As stated earlier in the topic, it sounds a bit too cartoonish. I could see a Piraka pirate gang working, just without any of the cliches. I started to type out a pitch, but it wound up being way too long and thought out (much like my Micheal Bay BIONICLE post.) Here’s the abridged summary, but let me know if anyone wants to see the long version.
After seeing a vision of time being unraveled, the Toa must leave Okoto and find the lower half of the Mask of Time. If the two half are brought together, whoever has it would have complete mastery over time, even able to alter history itself. Only two problems:
- No one knows where the other half is.
- The Piraka, after discovering Okoto and overhearing this, steal the top half and go out to find the other.
Ekimu provides the Toa with new masks, armor, and a ship to sail. It’s a race to travel the sea and see who can find the Mask of Time first!
Like the Toa, the Piraka’s personalities will be similar but slightly altered, and their powers simplified. They’d have unrestricted elemental powers and a secondary one.
I think, if we were to see any Piraka come back, it’d probably be one out of a wave of baddies, and not just six of the same thing. I personally would like to see the whole pirates/bandits thing like with the Dark Hunters come back around again. Introduce a whole team of villains, lead by a titan-set Shadowed One leader, but with a different name, of course, and one of his crew would be a Piraka.
Wouldn’t mind Vezon’s name popping up again, though.
