My first completed drawing of 2018!
I thought I’d try a new take on the iconic king of the monsters, drawing inspiration a bit from the 90’s and the 2000’s designs.

Looks pretty good! I like the use of texturing here.
I recommend working on light sources for the future to improve your stuff. For example, I bet the drawing would look even cooler if the glowing spines were the main light source and have the rest of the body reflect on it.
