I might do something like this before I scrap 90% of my G2 sets for MOCing.

Seems about right.
I like the last one, it reminds me of a Tahu and Furno image that circulated before Bionicle returned, with Tahu lamenting about the loss of Hero Factory with Furno wishing him luck on his run.
I like the idea that despite squabbles between generations or themes that the sets themselves still interact and support each other.
