That makes sense. In my story, it was being made with a particle accelerator and a generator from the Great Spirit Robots auxiliary power units, so it would still be hard to create. It would also be used, in my story, in a project to create new Toa as servants of the Vortixx military, so that they could try to take over where the Brotherhood of Makuta failed.
