Has anyone realized that after Tartarus was killed, the Brutes never got another commander in chief? How were they led?

I will not be pre ordering, as a mater of fact I recommend everyone does not (I intend on buying it but after the whole master chief collection debacle I refuse to pre order, if they don’t do something to up the population there, halo is screwed)
