It is supposed to be the Toa who sacrificed himself when Jovan’s team came on Voya Nui. I decided to make him a combo of the three Inika who don’t serve to create Jovan (Matoro, Jaller and Kongu). Considering the color at disposal, I decided to make him a Toa of Plasma.
