I’ve been wondering about this ever since the first spinjitzu master’s tomb was mentioned?

What do you think caused his death?

I think he just died of “old age.” Someone of his ability could probably extend his life for longer, but perhaps he just sort of decided his life’s work was done.

Maybe, he was killed by the Overlord, or the last of the Stone Army before it was locked underground. Wait, never mind. In the pilot season it was stated that peace had returned, then he died. I’m clueless. Maybe it was Chen? It was before Morrow was evil, so it wasn’t him. When were the serpentine locked underground?

I do not think he was killed, I am pretty sure he just died of natural causes.
