How Does One Use a Green-Screen/Chroma-key Feature in Flash?

How do you greenscreen in Flash? More specifically, how would you take away the white box around Sonic here:

Lunapic Method

Step 1;
Use the transparent feature on Lunapic to select and remove the white background of the image

(Edit, Transparent, Upload, Click the background…)

Step 2;
Save the new transparent png file and then use that version

Photoshop method

Flash method
