During the kikanalo chase scene, Krekka tries to climb a tower, the kikanalo knock it over, and it falls over and crushes him and nidhiki and kills them.

Actually, he doesn’t die there. He shows up later in the movie, after Teridax consumes Nivawk using a Shadow Hand.
