The Lego Magazine announcement page for the Rahi building competition features this scorpion, which I think looks pretty cool. Are there any other photos out there, or some info on who made it? On Bs01 it’s only listed as an unnamed Rahi. Every related search I’ve done so far only brought up the catapult scorpion (a different model that was a winner of the competition).

I mean, outside of the direct center and very back, it seems to be a fairly easy model to figure out. The pieces seem to be restricted to the Ussanui, three copies of Onua, three copies of Vohrak, and one Nuhvok.

Dang… I remember seeing some breakdown photos of it once. I’m pretty sure it was here on TTV, but I have no clue where it is or what it was called.

Not entirely:
- a Panrahk spine on the back.
- two trans dark red and two burnt orange Bohrok eyes
- two hook spikes on the head
- a grey robo-rider head
- two dark grey technic liftarms on the claws
- 941 pearl gold Ignikas
- an axle/perpendicular double pin connector in dark grey on the back of the head

Honestly, it was most likely a set designer, told to take some bionicle parts and make a creature so that they’d have an example for the contest.

It looks like the hoses that connect the pincers to the body are actually two hoses connected by a grey frictionless pin. It’s more visible on the one on the left in the image.

That is so cool. Honestly I have no idea about this model. But this looks like that it was made using some parts from the set with Takua & Pewku, Pohatu Nuva, Lewa Nuva some Rakhshi feet, Onua’s claws, Rakhshi’s limbs, and other stuff. Is that really a little accurate? If not correct me.
