Bloody Stream isn’t the best openeing. It isn’t even the best opening by Coda.
Part 4 is boring and Kira is the most overrated and overhyped villain in anime

So I avoided this show for years, mainly because of people on here, and this year I’ve watched a few episodes here and there (all from parts 1-3), and I actually have enjoyed it. I wouldn’t say I’m a mega fan but the over the top ridiculousness of it all is entertaining. The artstyle is unique too, which is hard to find among a lot of modern anime.
All in all this show is better than I pegged it years ago but I’m not dying to watch every part that comes out, but when it’s good it’s pretty great.
