I’m a little confused by this series of events.

First the theif grabs the set from the pulley system and tries to go back up. Then you heard running despite the fact that the theif couldn’t have ran if he was still hooked up to the pully system which is evidenced by his landing in the same location.

Care to elaborate?

BlueCel: It definitely wasn’t natural, that’s for sure. Someone had to have interfered with the power. If it was natural the emergency one would have kicked in.
