Risebell: I was assigned guard duty at 1:00 PM and stayed there until 2:28. During that time I was waiting for MiruDeMask to make his move! I knew he would be there. He gave us his calling card. Suddenly, around 2:20, the lights went blank! I knew MiruDeMask had to be there, so I ran toward the sets. Unfortunately, I was too late. Miru*DeMask ran from the scene once he fell and I managed to snag his mask. Then the lights turned back on.

-Quake Beast: Stolen set. Actually contains NO prints! Was found in Risebell’s office under his desk.
-Risebell’s bag: Contains a golden pistol. Has a zipper on it.
-Red Pin: Dropped by the thief when stealing Quake Beast. Has Meso’s fingerprints.
-Emblem: Was dropped by the supposed Miru*DeMask during his escape. Has Meso’s fingerprints.
-Risebell’s assigned guard duty hours: 1:00-3:00 PM. Clock in and out: 1:00-2:28
-Miru: A copy of Eljay’s Miru which was found on Mesonak after the scene of the crime. No fingerprints.

Wait you honor, there is a contradiction in the witnesses last statement. The Miru presented as evidence states that Meso was wearing the Miru when it was found.

Risebell: That was a mistake on my part… I seem to have mix-matched the evidence with my testimony. Regardless, I did catch up to the thief, but I DID manage to snag his broach!
The calling card in the evidence is written in the context of as if MiruDeMask already stole the set but you stated you knew he would be there because of the card.
You seem nervous, are you sure you are telling the complete truth?
That doesn’t make any sense. A calling card is left at the scene of the crime, you would you have gotten it before it?
