Karzahni - Ebon and Gold Redux

Hi everyone! This is my redux version of how Karzahni was described in one of my favorite entries in the novel series, Dark Destiny. In this book, Karzahni was described as a hulking titan clad in ebon and gold armor. Given how he is described as regal and powerful, I wanted that to come through in this version, too. I took more overt inspiration from his brother, Artakha, in terms of scale and even a few nods in design, but this is still a very original model. He is quite stable and posable, though he definitely is making use of those leg pistons! My favorite detail of the build is the Skull Warrior mask integrated into his belt, in homage to the artwork, a technique I don’t think I’ve seen done before on a Karzahni build.

Do you have by chance have any additional pictures of the hands?

I wanted to see if I could try the same building style.

@MakutaOisli I’ll see what I can do! It’s a pretty simple technique, just a tri-axle piece, some hinge/ratchet joins and 1x2 Technic pin/axle connectors.

The greebling is intense, and certainly matches his brother. It took me a few moments to find the Skull Warrior mask, but it’s a great easter egg! The color scheme is also very, very well-done.
