Kor’Tal is a being that was brought through one of the inter-dimensional rifts that were opened when Makuta Voryn re-bent reality. He has a cunning mind and unbeatable resourcefulness. C&C are as always welcome and appreciated.

The orange, trans light blue, and pearl grey create a nice color scheme. I think the wings could be shortened and a little more filled in.
You really should give him real hands.
Fairly consistent colours but the wings look like sticks, I’m not sure if they’re supposed to be wings honestly.
