You can obtain the program for free at BrickLink

In Stud.io, you can find the pieces by typing “Bionicle Weapon” in the search bar and the results should give you not only every Mata weapon, but numerous other swords and stuff from Bionicle

And of course, there’s download packs out there with all sorts of stuff modeled by people in the community, which you can find in topics here on TTV and elsewhere on the internet

This project here would be my recommendation to check out:

In addition to having a bunch of links to the part packs that Ghid mentioned, it also has stud.io files of virtually every official Bionicle model with custom pieces for virtually every official Bionicle part missing from stud.io (in case you just want one specific part instead of a whole pack).
