Here’s the recipe for my awesome and healthy protein shakes! If you’re not a health nut, into fitness or working-out that’s totally fine, mates! This is, after all, just a smoothie!
Alright. What you need:
1 Cup Milk: (almond or soy works too.)
1 to 2 Cups Fruit: Banana’s, Strawberry’s, Raspberry’s, Blueberry’s, ect. (preferably frozen, but raw works too.)
Two Scoops Protein powder: (if you don’t have any, that’s fine. But just in case, check for whey powder.)
4-8 Cubes Of Ice: (depending on how thick you want it)
Pinch of Sugar: (best to use splenda, stavia, or brown-sugar, but normal works if that’s all you have.)
-Optional- fruit yogurt. Banana, blueberry, ect.
Blending time!
Step one:
Blend milk, fruit, sugar, protein, and yogurt.
Step two:
Add cubes of ice and re-blend
Step three:
Enjoy!
