I doubt it. That’s what everyone assumed about the GWP, and now that things’ among the least valuable GWPs out there
That is true. I hope that is true for the minifigure too, lol
. If the rumor is true, I would GLADLY pair that minifigure with my lonely Nuju Hordika minifigure (he needs a buddy).
@LegoDavid I don’t have a phone yet (I’m one of the younger Bionicle fans), so Iam still subject to how generous luck is feeling ![]()
Edited for Double Post - BioKnight
confirmed by eljay that it isn’t
Another image leaked of the head, which is a regular Minifigure head wearing an oversized Tahu mask that leaves the face exposed and that is supposed to look like a Legoland costume.
It seems like LEGO just continues to be hellbent on insulting Bionicle fans and not giving us what we want even when it would literally cost them nothing. How they could have messed up here when they had the absolute perfect opportunity is just beyond me.
what site was this on?
Heck yeah, good to know
The prints look great! Can’t wait to see the community make customs for the rest of the Toa ![]()
I only saw somebody post it in an Instagram story, I don’t know the source.
mind posting the link? i’ve been looking for a while and i can’t find it, don’t post if you can’t do it because the boards
Isn’t it against the rules to post leaks here?
Yes actually, leaked images are against the rules (although I really kinda don’t care since this is getting more activity than the majority of topics already)
That’s not real, it’s a photoshop someone made using an image of the hau and a regular minifig head
I got to be honest, I think they’re only doing any kind of Bionicle thing for Trademark retention. If they don’t use something from bionicle every now and then, another toy company could swoop in and use one of those names. Between this and the GWP, lego can point to that in court and go “See? We’re totally using all these trademarked names.”
Yeah, I have to agree; there’s probably nothing else behind the existence of this minifig, unfortunately.
He’s real!

This also included a look at the definitely-not-Lloyd minifigure.
The final design came out really nicely! I’m curious what kind of head is underneath the helmet considering it’s a “cosplayer”. I assume the pink eye effect is using a printed headband, similar to some Batman minifigures.
Lloyd looks a bit weird, at first glance he reminds me more of the guy from Zelda. The series as a whole has some cool figures though, I might actually buy some for the first time in years.
It’s been confirmed:
Now, bare in mind that I like what I see, but I think that there are things that could have been done better:
-They stated that there are no arm printing because all the designs they came up with didn’t look good, but at this point I whould have dropped the shoulder armor and made the arms dualmolded, with black shoulders.
-The right hand should be orange.
-The lightsaber hilt should be orange (this is just nitpicking)
-The flame/sword should be solid red.
Now drop entirely the canister (which is printed, not a sticker) and the budget should be the same.
Even if it’s been confirmed that it has a printed gear on the back, it would have been cool if they designed a new neck bracket with a bar or an axle (which could be used for any other set) to allow to put a real gear on it.
Relatively easy swap, as orange hands are pretty common (ngl I didn’t think about Tahu technically not having a right hand in the original set until now).
You could also have the armor on upside down to get the shape slightly closer (idk if this affects articulation or not).
Shoulders are questionable but overall it’s looks pretty good.
And if the flame piece was red I think the hilt also being red would look fine.
