For those who don’t want to read the article, apparently, CMF Series 29 sets that have been found early have already been scalped for Tahu, just like with the Wolfpack Beastmaster in Series 27 and the Dragonborn Paladin in the D&D Minifigure Series. So, I guess the aftermarket prices are going to be horrible…

I have some good news, I went to my local Walmart and they had plenty of Tahus there. 
I’m planning on checking other places just in case (I know Kohls and Target carry them as well), but it appears the scalpers haven’t hit my area yet.
