Hello fellow compatriots to yet another build! This time we will not just be looking at one moc, but two! Now before I get any further instructions for both of these will be made available really soon. So be sure to stay tuned for that when they drop!
Anyways back into the serpent’s den shall we? Both of these noodles are capable of slithering around thanks to the orientation of the ligaments corresponding with the rear wheel placement. Furthermore both are capable of knocking the masks off each other with brute force. And I mean BRUTE FORCE. These vicious noodles are capable of even decapitating your fellow toa just from their strikes alone. Yet for the Nakahi…it takes it to the next level.
The Nakahi sporting orange like the desert sunsets of Mata Nui is a combination between a Rattle Snake and a Cobra. The extra mass on its body contributing to a powerful strike akin to that of a sledge hammer. Aided by the head design which focuses the blunt force to a sharp point of the mata foot which makes up its head. If you don’t want to scratch your armor fellow Matau enjoyers be cautious when playing with this one. It WILL leave a mark. Coincidently however, the Nakahi is also based slightly by the boneheads cobra as seen in the early bonehead comics shown by Christian Faber briefly. Hence the orange and paneling making up its cape. The rattle also has the ability of replicating the sound of the rattlesnake, as the makeshift beads are shaken at a quick frequency that the small clearances between each bead can replicate the sound. Keep in mind this is lego and not 1 to 1 but it is close enough when ABS plastic is concerned. It is known to live in the Motara desert
In complete contrast stands the Vipera Nui, its sleek and narrow design allowing it to strike at fast speed in contrast to the Nakahi. But don’t think it is any weaker than the Nakahi as it is with its fast speed that when flicking its head it is capable of striking hard. So be sure to not lose your head fellow toa. Residing in the south of Mata Nui in Le Wahi it mostly lingers close to the southern shores and occasion the Fau swamps. As such it typically blends itself in with the algae before injecting its venom into any prey that draws near it.
Anyways I hope you enjoy these two and this is Tributron here, signing off. Happy Building and Play Well everyone!
