Lego Star Wars Constraction Figures Discussion

I’ll buy as many K2-SOs as possible, honestly. :stuck_out_tongue: I have a mighty need for the black Protector torso armor.

Wouldn’t it be easier just to Bricklink that part? :stuck_out_tongue:

Yeah, I’m gonna have to check listings as soon as the sets are released, since those things are probably gonna sell like hotcakes. :stuck_out_tongue:

But I do like some of the other parts in the set, such as the head and the new armor pieces, so I may buy one to keep and another as a parts pack.

I’m not too sure about him being a constraction figure, but for sure he’ll make a great minifig.

K2S0 has a Skull Basher function?

I just watched that and I think that the function that k-2S0 has could be more of a storm beast function.

So, are the figures coming at the end of this month?

Aw yee. I’m probably gonna buy K2-SO after I have the rest of G2. Hopefully I can get at least two of him, since he has so many great parts.

hey that’s the same day that Luke Cage and Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children come out!

I look forward to these sets. They’re pretty sway.

I wish Jyn was in her “Imperial” outfit, though, because that was a cool outfit.

I dont get the arm gear functions on the girl and robot, why does the robot have a bashing function unless in the story he really likes to clap.

The regular gear function only makes sense if you have a figure that has a melee weapon, otherwise its pointless with a plaster, and unless those batons have story relevance, I dont get it.

I’m half-certain the the robot is going to be in some action sequences but if not I still think it’s cool they added a function for more playability. Especially Basher’s since you can activate one arm to punch at a time. Hopefully they fixed the floppy problem though.

As for Jyn I’m pretty sure those are tonfas, which is a little weird because we haven’t seen her have those in the trailers. Since they rotate freely they probably spin when you activate the function.

I’m betting that he’ll bash a few Stormtrooper heads together at some point. Then the function would definitely be justified.

Actually, I think we have seen those batons in the trailers. Jyn’s wearing them on her back in her imperial guise.

Yeah.

Also that’s the design I wished they had done for her.

Why are they so afraid to do full female hair with these figures?

Probably because they’ve tried and it looked terrible/impeded posing.

Yeah, they most likely didn’t do it so as to not confuse the kids…

I like how, for Jyn, they didn’t just reuse the same Star Wars torso armor for her. They gave her a new mold.

K-S20 looks good, though I can imagine most people here getting him simply for the black 2015 armor.

And the Death Troopers…oh, he’ll look great, along with the fourteen others of him I’ll eventually buy…
