To begin the transformation flip up the head and waist
Straighten out the legs and rotate the modified 1by1 brick around
Finnish flipping up the waist
Flip up the head too
Fold in the tusks and ears
Flip out the head and position the arms and you’re done

If you flip out the tusks and rotate the tips you can
Give him horns and further compress his ears.(This is the way I prefer to transform him)
And this is my favorite pose to put him in.
