Lupus Tenebris

You know…it doesn’t help when you’re trying to draw a werewolf late at night…and your huskies outside start howling…

I originally intended to leave him as a black silhouette with red eyes in front of the moon, but creativity pushed me to add the trees in the background, and the highlighted details to wolf himself.

This is drawn on toned tan paper, using black and gray markers, a red watercolor marker, a white prismacolor pencil, a white out marker, and a white gel pen.

A bit lanky. I can’t help but think Werehuskie, though :stuck_out_tongue:

@Leoxander Yeah, the lanky look was what I trying to go for here. Lanky, lithy lupine on the loose under a lunar light. That was a lotta 'L’s…

@IceBear Well, it is on flat paper. lol
