Some models I made when I obtained set 31129 Majestic Tiger. I started with leftover parts from the official alternate builds.
First was a pair of samurai with leftover parts from the red panda.
I challenged myself to give them identical mirrored builds.
Next I made a fisher out of leftover parts from the koi.
And also this thing because I wanted to use all the parts.
From there I made a bunch of characters and other things.
This was either the first or second one I built.
Next was a crane.
Next came a dwarf the started out as a samurai.
The head rested loose atop the odd-angled body.
I envisioned this one as some kind of imp.
I imagined these three being part of some hero party. Next were two creatures to oppose them.
After that I really started slapping things together less deliberately in my effort to use up as many of the parts as possible, which has been my main thought process in designing alternate builds for a long time. These include a wavy balloon figure and a snake with a speech bubble.
My final project before finally building the main model was a mech.
The head was particularly challenging.
With an alternate backpack with quad cannons.
This also functions as a mini robot.
