As much he can manifest their nightmare into reality. Using it to his advantage.

Ahgaki wears the Mask of Fears, Kanohi Mataku (The mask being used on the moc is a placeholder), and wields the Scythe of Darkness.
Makuta Ahgaki can open and fold his wings upon his wills. The red things that guard the ribs on his torso are tentacles, it growing out of his torso.

I agree with Zork, his looks certainly compliment his mask power.
Also his color scheme is kinda messy but somehow it works.

again love the mask art, the moc is great too but the ankles need something, on the first, like tires or something it to thin there currently.
