I don’t have a photo setup large enough to photograph him currently (going to use white cloth and book stacks with lamps to provide a well-lit, well-contrasting background) but I do have the LDD version I built to try some things out. Here’s a picture to give you a general idea of his mask:
The purple disc will be replaced with a printed version from Ultra Agent’s antimatter, which has suitable-looking spirals.
As for the rest of the MOC, here’s the version without the cape:
In the time since I made this, I extended the body further (to the point where the first leg section on this picture is subsumed by it), extended the actual legs to be proportionate, attached the cape and its collar and got very confused on how to make the legs work while making them bulkier.

Thanks! I knew I wanted to use the Hulk torso plates like that since I saw that Onua 2015 had them, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity, since my plans for CCBS Godzilla fell through.

Yeah, i tried to make half of it purple to show that there is still some good in makuta. But i sorta failed
