Nope. Sorry but that does not work. Gather all you’re gunmetal parts and try some of those out. Maybe black as well.
What should I add instead of the flippers? The problem is I can’t add shell peices because the shortest bone piece connects it to the lower legs so, I can only add peices that can connect by pins.

the shoulders look really off and cobbled together, the torso…I don’t even know what… the arms are too long, and the legs look immobile.
Have you tried uniter piece’s?
Do you have Onua 2015? Also, I have to disagree with you Sammy, I think ost of that works it just need some polish.

I honestly think it looks janky, with the neck that high up, the shoulders that low, etc.
I think I would just remove some of the clutter on the upper body and it would look a lot better. I wouldn’t say it’s “janky”, and I like to think I’m a pretty decent MOCest. Honestly it’s just taking every part, trying every connection, thinking outside the box, etc.

I’m not saying that at all, I think adding a darker color to break to the red could look good.
@ChaosAssassin I thought his shoulder/shovel pieces might be good for the upper legs.
