The neck is too ling. I suggest replacing it with the shortest bone piece in trans-orange from Skull Grinder.
Other than that, the MOC is pretty good. Reminds me of 2003 Makuta in the movie.
But I’m pretty sure that black Protector torsos aren’t allowed, since they can only be custom made at the moment.

either the torso is way too big, or the limbs are way too small.
also, pencil neck.
The neck is way too long and thin.
The neck and torso seem to be very long compared to the proportions of the limbs, plus the silver currently looks out of place, but other than that, it looks pretty good.

I would try to add some more orange and gold to the torso, to break up the black, and maybe shorten it too. I like how you retained the shooting function of his hammer, though.
