It is created using pins, 3 yellow hands, and one gray baseplate. sorry about the dark images.

A nice little art, however im certain it’s require to use constraction pieces to create a building rather than a Technic “cave-print”.

Sadly, I think @Square is right. It may be disqualified.
Onto the MOC: I can’t really see Metru Nui in it. The pins are all circular and that doesn’t really convey a building or something connected. It would help if you used something that is more united.
