Maleko's Toa Kaita 2015 MOCs

Photography and MOC are not the best, but I’ll take what I can get. I tried my best to limit myself to the parts of Tahu, Pohatu, and Onua only. With these limits, I think this is the best I can possibly do. Nothing too complex, weapons are Tahu’s double-sided sword and Onua’s hammer downgraded to a mace. Moving his legs and his head are sometimes difficult but nothing too serious. For the head, instead of an extra-small arm piece, I used one of the friction joints(?) to make him less of a hunchback. Overall, very proud and very fun to play with. If anyone else has something similar, I apologize for not knowing.

Normally I wouldn’t like such a simple MOC, but seeing as it’s just a fusion of the parts from the sets, I actually really dig the look.

In order to make Wairuha look like the Toa of Wisdom (if my memory is correct), I tried to make him look sort of like a mage. Would’ve been nicer with a silver Miru, but I’m okay with it. I think he serves as a great comrade beside Akamai.
