Mantix, as given way to his name, is modeled off a Mantis. I used photos of a praying mantis to model the position of the arms. The head I came up with on my own. As you can see, his abdomen isn’t nearly long enough as I was concerned on the color scheme and design look of it.
Backstory: Mantix is a cousion of my self MOC Mizu and he betrayed her fro the Dark Hunters. He is currently in affiliation with them and has a partner by the name of: Kraggalus
Mantix used to be a friendly person to Mizu but he betrayed her and killed her village, except her because he realized what he was doing, stopped, and ran away.
He slowly grew more and more insane and eventually became a ruthless killer. I hope you noticed the absense of weapons. His mantis based hands act as swords. they are extremely sharp and can cut through diamond. Thats all for now. Critisim welcomed. Looking for ways to improve.

I like the colour scheme, though simple.
Looks good but the legs are strange. I would recommend giving them a sharper, more insectoid appearance to match the rest of the MOC.

I like this guy, especially his head. And arms.
Not the biggest fan of the lower legs, but he’s pretty great overall.
I would try to find ways to armor up the back slightly and to make the head sleeker. Pretty cool other than that.

I really enjoy the look of the head dead-on, but you might want to consider adding some parts to the sides to make it a bit more streamlined.
The limbs are alright, though I think the arms could benefit from having more similar armor placement across all of them. Also, the backs of the legs are a bit open looking… I know this can’t be helped with the upper legs(unless you have the right parts), but the lower legs might use some rearrangement. Speaking of the upper legs, I question your use of those darker blue armor parts; they don’t match anything else on the moc. Perhaps you could replace them with trans blue? One more thing, the flatness of the foot on the bottom of the tail isn’t doing it any favors. I recommend replacing that with a different part.
Over all, not half bad- just needs some work.
Nice… While this does look cool, it should be noted it suffers from HF Syndrome: Completely bare at the back and sometimes sides.
