I couldn’t get much inspiration from Surge alone other than he uses electricity, so my Mov of Surge is a more skilled fighter in close combat and is fast! I got inspiration from ninjas and martial arts, I wanted to try something like that anyway so why not with Surge?

No, it’s the style of the shinobi outfit, which was a inspiration for this build. Like the pic below, with those baggy pants/leggings.
