Matoro’s metal components have protosteel instead of common metals. But it is necessary since his armor is lightweight and fast. This works well in tandem with quick attacks that the Ice Crucible is capable of. The blade is much faster than it looks. It is always on at a low setting in the form of a energy frame.
This allows him to focus where to attack instead of being heavy then it strikes with extreme ice or a hardened blade. Matoro also gained his old claws as a option and for climbing. Nuparu was the one who gave him one of the new rapid-fire version of the Cordak Launchers.
The Kanohi Tryna whose powers are considered unnatural by toa standards was destroyed when he originally sacrified himself and he did not want anything to do with it again.
The Toa Mahri have a new goal. Find Toa Lewa and rescue him and track down those that were with him. Many of the parts are from a Stud.io custom parts called KrayDay.
I love this MOC, taking parts of every version of Matoro—The mask from his Tohunga form to the armor from his Mahri form. This is a brilliant build that looks like it could be a real LEGO set by staying simplistic! This is one of the best Ignika build MOCs I’ve seen in a while! Good work!
