A true bird wouldn’t have arms and wings, and it wouldn’t have a humanoid head.
This thing would be better categorized as a harpy or something like that.

Actually looks really good. I’m quite pleasantly surprised. Do more stuff like this one.
And for the record, because it’ll bug me if I let it be, while Kopaka is not human, he is humanoid, which is different. Humanoid just means anything with two arms and two legs (or some variation on that). So “Gregie” is actually correct in saying that this MOC has a humanoid head.
Anyway, good job with the MOC, and keep doing stuff like this one.

Well, it’s a good step in the right direction.
The background is a little distracting, making it difficult to see the MOC clearly. I’d recommend you use a background with solid colors, using a single-color bedsheet or even a piece of paper. As it is, it looks pretty solid, and the colors generally work out. Although I do agree with other people that he would look better with a mask that is not as clearly artificial (the scope on the right side obviously had to be the work of an intelligent species.)
