When I was thirteen years old I was obsessed with this show called Max Steel that is on Netflix. As I got older, my interests started changing, and I eventually lost interest. Als in curiosity I watched the original show from 2000 and I re-watched an episode from the one on Netflix.
My opinion: the 2000 sucks, the 2013 Netflix one sucks a little less. Anyone here watched it and if so are a fan?
Loved the design of the character, hated the way the show was handled. So much promise, but it felt really watered down, and some of the powers were kinda dumb in my tastes.

I love the 2013 series! It’s funny because the only reason I ever knew about it is because my friends were making fun of it. Not long after it popped up on the TV and I found it rather intriguing. I managed to watch the episodes online and I was hooked! However, it rarely shows up on TV in Australia and the toys have stopping showing up in stores (not really a surprise since they are awful IMO). Its also really strange how season 2 and 3 were handled. There was a huge gap in between the release of season 2 episode 19 and the rest of the season not to mention how the third season isn’t in English and is barely accessible anyhow. Never the less I still think it is an underrated series that I think needs more attention. (BTW never watched the old series or the old movies.)
