This is an actual thing.
While I am a fan of the books, a film is absolutely stupid overkill. Frankly, the only good part about this is that BIONICLE was mentioned in the OG novel, and that reference is likely not staying. Besides, the books had a childish awkwardness to them.
Let’s just hope an executive pulls the plug, because this shouldn’t be happening.
My little sister loves this series, I’ll have to ask her what she thinks about it.
Since I never heard of this book series, but it’s look cool and it’s come from the same guy that gives us. Alex Cross and that stories about killer animals.

I liked the books but the ending to the last one was total trash.
Maybe a movie will do good but they would have to work to establish characters as friends more than siblings before they pull the romance out.
The Novels did that well but movies are notorious for making mistakes like that.
