meltdown is an an ancient cyborg super-solider created by the great beings to fight in the civil war that resulted in the extinction of the great beings meltdown was dormant underground for hundreds of thousands of years before being discovered by Hero factory personnel who tried to reverse engineer him hoping do utilize the advanced technology he is made of Little did they realize that they had actually activated him as they were taking him apart to study him And for weeks meltdown was excruciatingly taken apart and he wasn’t able to struggle or scream because those parts had been removed eventually the hero factory personnel were done with their research and put him back together which is when they realized that he had been activated when he stood up off of the lab table and proceeded to disintegrate them all and go on a rampage that destroyed an entire city before he was contained and in a cruel twist of fate all of the research teams documents were destroyed and hero factory never did figure out how meltdown worked

I hope you guys like my new backstory for meltdown

The legs are disproportionatly long, but for some reason I kind of like that.

A nice moc, but I feel it loses a lot of the twisted charm of the original, he looks more like a hero than a villain.

Very clean.

I agree about it not having the original’s twisted look, but I still think he looks like a villain.

Just not the type of villain who goes out and maims pedestrians.

I Think its cuz the body proportions match the heads thin stretched look

As impressive as this is, I can’t really see it as Meltdown.

As others have said, a big part of what defined the first-wave villains was their rough, twisted look.

That said, this whole MOC still flows really well.

I like the unnerving stature of this Meltdown, but too much black for my taste.

This is a great revamp, have too agree with @LegoDavid with the legs that they are really long but it works so well! Is there anyway you would be able to make the calf have more yellow? (just because the original had that)
