I like it, but I feel like the shoulders are set too low.

yea, I agree with what @Joe said.

the shoulders are too low, they’re not bulky enough, and the neck is too long.

either that, or there isn’t enough bulk to hide it.

also, no cape 0/10/s

Some of the textures are a bit weird, but other than that I like it.

I’m saying that from a MOCist standpoint-

Build it once, and then scrap it for parts.
