I have no clue why I joined this. I’m no artist, never have been, but there’s only so much that I can put off till tomorrow instead of doing today.
No point in pinging Ghid every time I make one of these, now everyone on the boards can witness the glory of my questionable interpretations of prompts.
Recently watched a parody of Dora the Explorer that I probably can’t mention by name on the boards because of how foul it is (but rest assured it was hilarious). The premise was to make everything as zany as possible, so I figured I’d do the same thing to my backpack. He’s ready for you to put whatever you want in him wherever you want (but he only has one pocket because he’s a worthless backpack).
For the prompt “exotic,” all I could think about was ancient civilizations. I didn’t really know what to draw, though, so I just googled what Greek pottery art looked like and mashed a few different ones I liked together to create this guy. I don’t think I did his shield correctly.
Very small drawing, as you can probably tell. I couldn’t quite get the perspective correct, that perspective being a head-on look at Furno 2.0’s ridiculous headgear.
Not the most creative drawing I’ve ever done. It’s more or less just a trace of the cover of the single “Circles” released by I Fight Dragons. Good song, really good cover. The full cover better explains why this came to mind for “trek.”
