Dunno if it was intentional or not, but I like that some of the pieces being used are creepy just by virtue of their “intended” use (as much as anything can have an intended use in Lego).
Like for example, people have already pointed out the eyes on his pelvic area - but what about the fact that he quite literally has a skeletal body and head melded into his chest? Or that his legs are composed primarily of hands?
Eesh. Well done on this one, I must say.

By mata nui! This thing is terrifying. It looks like an scp, it has eyes on its butt and crotch, the mouth is grotesque as can be, the actual eyes look dead and soulless, and the thin and lanky frame make it very creepy. All in all, 10/10.
